I had been using Flaxseed Meal for a while but had difficulty in finding it the stores on a consistent basis. With this problem I went to this site and was very happy with what I found. I add the product daily to a fruit smoothie. This allows me to get my daily fruit portions in and add another healthy product in the mix. Go for it. It can be added to all kinds of food and the benefits are worth it all.

I had never had the organic version of Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal, but my husband ordered it online because it was a great price. When I got it, I tried it and loved it. It is even better than the non-organic version. Everything I've tried with it has come out delicious. And it's got a lot of Omega 3, more than my fish oil. I tried the muffin recipe in the back and it's sooo good. Even my daughter, who is very picky, loved it. Now my husband and my daughter want me to make the muffins as soon as we're getting close to running out.
I will definitely order this product again!

The flaxseed meal is excellent quality. As you may know, unless the flaxseeds are ground into a meal the nutritional value is unavailable to the body.
This product is great. Highly recommended.

I take this product twice a day one tablesoon each time mixed in cereal and mixed in juices. I would only buy organic because of the pesticides in most wheat products. It is also a good source of fiber as well as many researched health benefits.
