This All-purpose flour wooks great as an exchange for regular flour. Tastes great and is not gritty.

This is a great flour substitute. I use it in all my recipes and just sub this for wheat flour. It works as an even exchange 90% of the time. The only problem I have had has been with making breads but I am sure that if I put more work into it I could make it work. I have used it for cookies, waffles, muffins, etc. I have bought this product many times.
