My family uses Quinoa as the main breakfast food. Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes have been the favorite for years and years. We simply put the flakes in a cereal bowl; add cinnamon, vanilla and boiling water; stir and let sit for a minute. Instant YUM!

I just love these!!!... Great for baking mock oatmeal cookies if you are celiac or intolerant to gluten.
will definately buy again. The price is also amazing. Seriously. I can't even buy a 50lb bag at wholesale and beat this price

This cereal is a great alternative to cream of wheat, which I happen to love. With a little butter and agave syrup you almost can't tell the difference. Also, the Amazon price is unbeatable.
