Very good - gluten free cereal. Just a touch of sweet. The rice puffs are a bit crunchy and stay that way for a decent amount of time in milk.

This was one of the first cereals that I tried when I began living GF almost three years ago. I enjoyed it then and I enjoy it now. Because it has the two different types of rice, it has a touch of sweetness, but isn't too sweet that it makes me feel like I am eating pure sugar. My one complaint is that I would like it to have more vitamins & minerals in it.
