What has not been mentioned in the ad is that Pamela's Cookies are GLUTEN FREE. As I have a Wheat allergy - these are a delight. Especially the ones that have nuts in them. When I see "gluten-free", I often expect something dense and relatively tasteless. Not these! They're crumbly, irresistible, melt-in-your-mouth good. I bought them for the person with wheat allergies, but she almost didn't get any because everyone else grabbed them first. This is how shortbread SHOULD be made!
