Pamela's cookies are absolutely the best gluten free cookies I have ever eaten. A hint for new customers ....yes they are crumbly but I just discovered by accident that taken out of the freezer to eat they are just right. and who cares about eating a cold cookie during a heat wave ?

These cookies are fantastic and you would never know they are gluten free! They aren't exactly low fat/calorie and they are prone to crumbling a bit (whether shipped through Amazon or bought at the grocery store), but Pamela's Products fulfills their promise of making gluten free food taste great. These are a *must try* for anyone with Celiac Disease or gluten issues!

My mom has celiac disease, so her cookie choices are very limited. However, she loves these cookies and has me order them for her from Amazon on a regular basis. She even uses them to make a no-bake pie crust for a French silk chocolate pie. Her only complaint is that the cookies always arrive broken and the cookie boxes are poorly packed inside the shipping boxes. The crumbled ones go for pie crusts. The good news is that means more pie for us :) Also, shipping is always faster than projected.
