I really liked these bars. True, they were crumbly, but that was fine with me. I broke off chunks from the big bars and ate them with milk. They are a very satisfying snack for folks who have food allergies and cant find a lot of filling, sweet treats.
I bought them when they were only 8$ for three boxes, but i won't buy them at a higher price. It is just a snack, after all.

As someone who enjoys more wholesome and organic foods, I stumbled upon this unique product. I thought I would give it a try. Unfortunately, I received 1 out of 3 packages past the expiration date. For those who are interested in this particular item, you may want to give it a few days as they are resolving this expired-product issue. You might be wary of all the manager's markdowns for grocery items as well. I have written to Amazon and their CS was prompt in responding to my problem and informed me they will notify their facilities of this quality control issue.
As for review of the product, it resembles one large granola bar. I was hoping it would be divided into individual servings but nope, it's just one paperback sized piece. The most attractive feature -- the edible flowers is a unique idea but it isn't incorporated into the bar very well. It seems more of a garnish --- scattered loosely on the outside of the bar, adding little or no taste to the overall bar. I do like the overall light taste and subtle tones of coffee flavoring and sweetness. It seems to go well with tea but is very crumbly.
It's worth giving a try but it might not be for everyone.
