I'm currently doing a self experiment where I have cut out all dairy and all gluten for a month. I didn't realize that in doing this, I'd have to be making almost every single meal I ate from scratch.
I knew about Larabars, but I wanted something with more crunch for snacks that I could throw in my bag. I stumbled upon these at a local store, bought one of each flavor, and just fell in love. The Almond Coconut is my favorite. It really tastes like a candy bar! It's so nice to have something so healthy in my bag so that I can avoid temptation when temptation strikes! Thanks KIND!!!
Oh, and I ordered these on a Wednesday morning, and they were delivered on that Friday afternoon! Thanks Amazon!

I've bought these in stores and they were good and slightly chewy. They make a nice mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack at work. I ordered a box from Amazon (and signed up for the "Subscribe & Save") and my first box is hard as a rock. They don't expire until next February, so they should be good. I'm hoping I just got a bad box and I'll get a better one next month.

I like these best of the KIND bars because they don't have any fruit in them. They can sometimes be hard to bite, but a few seconds in the microwave helps soften them up.

This healthy bar is so delicious that it's like eating candy. Something this yummy shouldn't be so good for you but it is. The Almond & Coconut is one of my favorite flavors.

wow, since finding out that I was GI,I have been on the hunt for snackbars;life should have its little fun. this is the second attempt,was happy with the first,but love this one too.every bite was packed with nut and fruit,held together with healthy honey....simple delicious and the nuts tasted fresh.this product fits perfectly if you are looking to improve your nutrition and avoid all the deadly diseases that arise from over processed food.seriously this is seriously healthy and seriously good.
