Great Gluten Free Flour June 27, 2010 Busy Baker (Northville, MI United States) I love Bob's Red Mill Organic White Rice Flour. It is very finely ground and does not taste gritty like some other brands. It makes great baked good, pie crusts, etc. I use it in my favorite gluten free flour mix.

Bob's White Rice Flour is my most-used gluten-free flour. I use it for baking and also as a thickener for soups and gravies. When I use it to make cakes, I mix it with corn starch and my cakes are unfailingly light and moist. I use so much of Bob's white rice Flour that I decided to save money on it by subscribing to regular shipments in bulk. Thank you, Amazon, for being there for the gluten-intolerant!
good quality January 23, 2010 J. Shaath This white rice flour is fine instead of coarse like some. Great for baked goods. My gluten free sugar cookies and shortbread cookies turn out excellent.
