Our family loves this pancake and waffle mix. We have tried some of the other gluten-free pancake mixes but none compare to this one. The Gluten-free pantry mix has a very smooth texture and the pancakes come out fluffy. The waffles come out great too.
We bought this mix initially for our 6 year old son who is allergic to wheat, eggs, beans, nuts, peanuts, and peas. Now, even our 10 year old who has no food allergies loves the pancakes. We use Ener-G Egg replacer and Eden Soy milk instead of regular milk. I often add in some chocolate chips to make the pancakes even yummier.

These are very good pancakes. My husband made them for my mother's day and everyone enjoyed them. Even my family that can have gluten. Looking forward to trying them in the waffle maker.

We use this mix to make Irish Soda Bread (recipe is on the back), and it is very, very close to the gluten-containing recipe I used to make. Tastes great sliced with a slab of butter.

This mix is incredible. I have only used them for pancakes (not the waffles), but they are a hit with my family. When my kids' friends spend the night, these are a surefire hit. And, no one has suspected that they are gluten free. This is a staple in my pantry.
