This is a slightly sweet, nutty, delicious snack in a very convenient form. The bite size cubes make it perfect for take-along munching. It's gluten-free status makes it even more appealing to those of us who cannot tolerate wheat. The sunflower seeds appear to be selected carefully for their excellent quality. All the Mrs. Mays's products I have tried so far have been top rate. Don't be afraid to give them a try.
