Great product that I was recently introduced too..... Wow who would have thought I could have a great snack that is tasty, crunchy, slightly salty and HIGH in protein and low in calories.
I also was very impressed with that fact that having this bag as a mid day snack really curbs my appetite at the same time satisfying my need for ' "CRUNCH"
Love this product and eat this regularly.

A tasty cheese, slightly salty, low carbohydrate, high soy protein (9g) snack used to supplement Nutrisystem snacks but at a cheaper cost per serving. Though there are only 200mg of Sodium per serving, I would have rated the product with 5 stars if it had 10g or less. I recommend these snacks to anyone who is weight conscience and/or on a high protein diet. Each package is 1.75 oz and can be easily divided into two servings if necessary to satisfy your diet requirements.

I love these. This is my 4th or 5th order.
Here's why:
Pros:
1. Super nutritious and healthy.
2. Taste delicious.
3. All quality ingredients.
4. Great on the go.
Cons:
1. The taste is dry and takes a moment to get used to. If you're trained on cheetos, etc, there's a drop in flavor.
2. They can, at times, be almost too crunchy and hard.
I will be ordering a box each month from now on. They get more addictive as I have them more.
Good product.
