i was researching rice cookers to purchase a good quality cooker for my home. After reading many reviews I decided on the Zojirushi brand sensor logic type. The reviews were amazing. However, the price was quite high ($125 and up). So I decided to wait. Then I came across this Aroma brand at a local department store. It was on sale for $50 so I decided to try it out. So far I could not be happier!! It has several settings (brown rice, sushi rice, porridge) It also has a timer so you can plan dinner ahead! Pop in the rice before work, set the timer, come home to dinner! the design is great and not very big (bigger than a toaster....maybe the size of a small toaster oven??) the rice comes out perfect every time, no matter which setting I use. It is super easy to clean. Overall it was a GREAT purchase. I am very happy i didn't buy the $125 model!!
